We will be having a sit-down dinner with food choices that include prime rib, chicken marsala, and grilled swordfish.

Our cake is being made by Joe's sister-in-law, Bridgette Plessas.

Music is being provided by a DJ from Black Tie Entertainment. We think an all-polka lineup sounds great!
